How it work

step 01

Employee scans face before  entering to facility (s1)

Employees simply scan their face upon entering the facility, enabling quick and seamless identification. This process automatically records their entry time and links it to their unique ID for accurate tracking and reporting.
step 02

Employee's vital reports emailed to HR or Company nominated email with clear time stamp (s1)

Employee health reports, complete with clear timestamps, are automatically emailed to HR or a designated company email. This ensures seamless record-keeping and enables timely health monitoring for proactive management.
step 03

Employee number or employee mobile number is his Unique ID

Each employee's unique identifier, whether their employee number or mobile number, ensures accurate tracking and seamless integration with the monitoring system.
step 04

After work employee repeats (s1) while leaving facility

At the end of the workday, employees repeat the face-scanning process, recording their exit time and updating vital health metrics for comprehensive daily monitoring.
step 05

Report sent to HR again (S2)

The system sends a second report to HR at the end of the day, providing updated vital metrics and exit timestamps for complete daily monitoring.
step 06

If any of the key vitals are high regularly, HR will receive a notification/alert

In case of consistently elevated vital readings, the system promptly notifies HR with an alert, ensuring timely awareness and intervention to address potential health concerns.
step 07

HR can schedule a meeting and provide counseling to the employee

HR can arrange a meeting and offer counseling to employees with irregular health metrics, promoting well-being and addressing potential issues effectively.
